Conceptual diagrams are a part of the exploration and vetting process to determine viability, buildability and affordability. The school board acted on December 20, 2019 to move forward on the facility.

The district-owned property is located south of County Road 19 and east of Highway 65.
The property is district-owned with no outstanding debt and offers a cost-savings.
The property is located off Highway 65 on County Road 19 which will allow for some efficiencies for transportation and travel from Isanti and Cambridge locations as it is centrally located.
